{"id":107,"date":"2012-01-26T15:45:24","date_gmt":"2012-01-26T14:45:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.granulex.fr\/?page_id=107"},"modified":"2012-05-31T16:43:14","modified_gmt":"2012-05-31T14:43:14","slug":"biofiltres","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.granulex.fr\/?page_id=107","title":{"rendered":"Biofiltres"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"left_bloc\">\n<h2>Granulats pour biofiltres<\/h2>\n<p>\t<span style=\"color: #9c4a0e;\">\u2022<\/span> De part ses fortes performances m\u00e9caniques, sa grande l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et sa densit\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Granulex\u00ae<\/span> est fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9alisation de Biofiltres<\/p>\n<p>\t<span style=\"color: #9c4a0e;\">\u2022<\/span> Les courbes granulom\u00e9triques sont sp\u00e9cifiquement retravaill\u00e9es afin d\u2019obtenir un minimum de fines et un coefficient d\u2019uniformit\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 aux probl\u00e9matiques de la filtration par biofiltres.<\/p>\n<p>\t<span style=\"color: #9c4a0e;\">\u2022<\/span> L\u2019utilisation des ardoises ou schistes expans\u00e9s dans le monde de la filtration est mondialement connue. En effet, les besoins des stations d\u2019\u00e9puration de grande envergure n\u00e9cessitent un gravillon suffisamment l\u00e9ger pour permettre une d\u00e9colmatation ais\u00e9e, mais une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019attrition \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\t<span style=\"color: #9c4a0e;\">\u2022<\/span> Outre sa totale neutralit\u00e9 chimique, <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Granulex\u00ae<\/span> offre ces deux qualit\u00e9s indispensables.<\/p>\n<p>\t<span style=\"color: #9c4a0e;\">\u2022<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Granulex\u00ae<\/span> a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019\u00e9tudes sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la biofiltration (Ecole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure de Chimie de Rennes). Ces tests d\u00e9montrent que l\u2019aspect m\u00e9canique du <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Granulex\u00ae<\/span> n\u2019est pas sa seule qualit\u00e9. En effet, la surface sp\u00e9cifique du <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">Granulex\u00ae<\/span> ainsi que sa microporosit\u00e9 sont nettement sup\u00e9rieures aux pouzzolanes et permettent une colonisation bact\u00e9rienne rapide et durable.<\/p>\n<p>\t<span style=\"color: #9c4a0e;\">\u2022<\/span> Les granulats pour m\u00e9dia filtrant GranuFiltre sont livrables conditionn\u00e9s en big bag de 1,5 m<sup>3<\/sup>, en camion benne vrac (40\/42 m<sup>3<\/sup>) et en camion citerne \u00e0 vidange pneumatique (25 m<sup>3<\/sup>).
